How does charging electric vehicles with the fuel card (charge card) work?

With the NAVIT fuel card (charge card), you can easily charge your electric car using various charging apps and pay directly via the app – similar to refueling. Select an available charging station in a supported charging app, e.g., ryd, EnBW mobility+, Tesla Supercharger, or Ionity, and pay for the charging process with your fuel card (charge card). The costs are automatically deducted from your budget

Can I also use the fuel card (charge card) outside Germany?

Yes, the card can also be used abroad, e.g. in Poland or Austria. The use abroad depends on the supported fuel and charging apps. Before using the card abroad, please check in the respective app whether the desired station is available abroad.

What is the commitment period for this benefit?

This benefit can be canceled every month – always at the end of the following month.

What happens if I go on parental leave, become ill for a longer period of time, etc.?

This benefit is linked to you receiving a monthly salary from DACHSER. This is the case, for example, during normal vacation or temporary incapacity to work (e.g., sick leave). If there is a loss of salary, e.g., due to parental leave or long-term incapacity to work, DACHSER will discontinue the benefit in the same way as it discontinues salary payments. A full month without receiving any remuneration means that we will cancel the fuel card (charge card). This will take effect in the following month. You can then use your remaining budget for up to one month after the end of the benefit.

Where can I get help if my fuel card (charge card) isn't working?
