1. General Information

NAVIT offers a referral program where participants can earn rewards for referring new companies to NAVIT’s mobility solutions. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the referral program, the referred company must:

• Have at least 200 employees.
• Be a registered company in Germany.
• Not already be in discussions with NAVIT unless the referral directly leads to a contract.
• Have an interest in mobility solutions that align with NAVIT’s offerings.

The referrer must:

• Be a private individual or a legal entity that is legally eligible to participate in the program.
• Not be an employee, representative, or business partner of the referred company if this creates a conflict of interest or legal issue.
• Ensure that the referred company has consented to the referral.

3. Referral Rewards

Participants in NAVIT’s referral program can earn rewards at different stages of the referral process:

Discovery Call Bonus:

• If the referred company books and completes a Discovery Call with NAVIT, the referrer receives €15.
• The person at the referred company who books the call receives €10.

Contract Signing Bonus:

• If the referred company signs a contract with NAVIT, the referrer receives €1,000.

• The bonus is paid via PayPal. The participant is responsible for providing a valid PayPal address. If a valid PayPal account is not provided within 14 days, the right to the bonus is forfeited.

Benefits for the Referred Company:

• The referred company receives a 10% discount on the NAVIT subscription fee for 12 months.

4. Payment Conditions

• Discovery Call rewards are only paid after the call is completed.
• Contract signing rewards are only paid after the contract is signed and confirmed by NAVIT.
• Each referred company is eligible for only one reward, regardless of how many people refer it. The first person to refer the company will receive the reward.
• There is no limit to the number of companies a participant can refer—more referrals mean more rewards.
• NAVIT reserves the right to determine the eligibility of referrals at its discretion.

5. Tax and Legal Compliance

• Participants are solely responsible for reporting and managing any tax obligations related to referral rewards in their respective jurisdictions.
• Referrers must not violate any legal or contractual obligations when making referrals or accepting rewards.
• Participation in this referral program does not establish an employment, brokerage, or agency relationship with NAVIT.

6. Misuse and Prohibited Activities

Participants must adhere to the following guidelines:

• No false information: Referrers may not provide misleading or false statements about NAVIT’s services.
• No unauthorized advertising: Referrers may not send unsolicited referral emails without the recipient’s prior consent.
• Non-transferable: Referral links and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to third parties.
• Referral limits: NAVIT reserves the right to limit the number of referrals at its discretion.
• Fraud prevention: Any attempt to misuse the program (e.g., self-referrals, false leads, duplicate referrals) will result in disqualification and loss of all earned rewards.

7. Dataprivacy

• As part of the referral program, we process personal data of the referrer (e.g., name, email address) as well as the contact details of the referred person exclusively for the purpose of administering the program and awarding rewards. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The legitimate interest lies in the execution of the referral program.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will only be stored for as long as necessary to administer the program or as required by legal retention obligations. After that, the data will be deleted.
• Affected individuals have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability in accordance with Articles 15–21 GDPR. Further details are governed by our privacy policy, which you can find [here] (insert link).

8. NAVIT’s Rights and Discretion

• NAVIT reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
• NAVIT has sole discretion in determining whether a referral meets the participation requirements and whether rewards are granted.
• NAVIT is not obligated to provide reasons if a referral is deemed ineligible.

Final Provisions

• All disputes related to this program are subject to the laws of Germany.
• By participating in the referral program, referrers confirm that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.
