1. Initial Situation

At persona service, the focus isn’t just on the workplace but also on the journey there.

Until now, employees across its more than 200 branches had no flexible, sustainable mobility solution.

2. Challenges

The demands of an organization with over 200 branches are immense, and employees’ mobility needs vary widely.

The benefit had to reach everyone and incentivize them to come into the office.

At the same time, administrative overhead needed to be kept to a minimum so as not to burden HR further.
