Solution: The NAVIT Mobility Budget
With NAVIT, apoBank fully replaced paper meal vouchers with a digital mobility budget that employees can use flexibly, based on their individual needs. Through the NAVIT app, employees now have access to the Deutschlandticket, public transport (ÖPNV), shared mobility, and a fuel and charging card.
From analyzing the data exchange through the testing phase to final go-live: NAVIT was implemented within three months.
NAVIT was implemented in under three months
Using the NAVIT API, apoBank was able to implement an interface to Persis that supports processes such as creating, changing, and deleting users in both real time and batch mode. From the perspective of apoBank's IT project team, NAVIT is a modern system that provides a flexible interface and meets a bank's strict regulatory requirements without limitations.
A personalized communication campaign – including product presentations and training sessions – accompanied the rollout of the mobility budget to ensure successful onboarding for all employees.
