As part of the kick-off with GetYourGuide's HR team, NAVIT developed a tailored implementation plan aligned with the company's specific requirements. Together, they set timelines and milestones — from onboarding through go-live.

In parallel, the internal communication campaign launched, with NAVIT providing suitable templates and marketing materials. A coordinated communication plan ensured that all employees were informed and involved early on.

The next step was setting up the company account and completing the KYC process, before the integration with Workday was implemented. The HR team then received targeted admin training to efficiently use user management and reporting in the NAVIT dashboard.

Employee onboarding took place both digitally and on-site in Berlin, allowing everyone to get familiar with the platform and start right away. Go-live marked the official launch of NAVIT at GetYourGuide — with all user accounts activated and the solution fully rolled out across the company.

NAVIT's rollout at GetYourGuide was fast and smooth. The solution was fully implemented just one month after kick-off. Thanks to the automated processes and the Workday integration, monthly administrative effort was reduced to around one hour.

Rolling out the mobility budget was not only efficient but also impactful as 97 % of employees actively use NAVIT and benefit from simpler, more flexible mobility. For the HR team, that means tighter processes, more transparency, and more time for what matters.

Our partnership with Dance gives GetYourGuide employees seamless access to e-bike and e-moped subscriptions directly in the NAVIT app. Employees can take advantage of the tax benefits of salary conversion, saving compared to a private subscription (individual savings depend on tax rate). This creates more sustainable and affordable mobility options for GetYourGuide employees.
